SprintDB Pro 1.7b Maintenance Release
We are releasing this version because we have discovered that the
current version of SprintDB Pro, version 1.7a, has some compatibility problems with the newly released Pocket PC Operating System by Microsoft, Windows Mobile 2003.
SprintDB Pro version
1.7b is exactly the same as v1.7a. The only difference is that v1.7b takes care of the compatibility problems with Windows Mobile 2003. Therefore, unless you are using - or planning on using
Windows Mobile 2003, there is absolutely no need for you to upgrade to v1.7b.

Important Information for users of Windows Mobile 2003
To all Windows Mobile 2003
-based Pocket PC users: The internal format of Pocket Access files (.cdb) has changed in the Windows Mobile 2003-based Pocket PC.
Therefore, you should convert all your old .cdb files to the new format by using the Database Conversion Wizard from Microsoft, before you try to open them with SprintDB Pro on
Windows Mobile 2003-based Pocket PC.

This should also be applied to .cdb files in all existing sample applications provided by KaioneSoft.
If
you are trying SprintDB Pro for the first time, please don't forget to convert the sample .cdb files that come with the SprintDB Pro installation program. |
