When ordering, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number labelled "Reference Number". Use this number in the above field.
PocketGear
When ordering, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number in two parts like this "11111/22222". Use this number here.'

How do I find my Pocket PC owner name? (Pocket PC Version)

To get your owner name, please select "Settings > Owner Information" on the "Start" menu.

Please check your Pocket PC Owner Name Before filling in this field.
Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces.
Remember, the Owner Name is Case Sensitive.
